This Data Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Fluent Gas Ltd (“Fluent Gas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Tivy mobile application (“the App”). By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must refrain from using the App.
1. Information We Collect
- Email and Password Login Data: This includes your email address and a hashed password to access your account.
- Crash Data: Anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data sent to Firebase to improve app performance and stability.
- Unique User Identifier (UUID): A randomly generated ID that allows Tivy to maintain your subscription and account across multiple devices.
- RevenueCat Payment Data: Transaction identifiers and subscription status information processed by RevenueCat for managing subscriptions and in-app purchases.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Fluent Gas uses your information to:
- Create and manage your account on Tivy.
- Communicate with you about updates, changes, or issues related to your account.
- Notify you of changes to our policies or terms.
- Your information is not used for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in.
- Diagnose and resolve app crashes using data sent to Firebase.
- Synchronise your subscription across devices using your unique user ID.
- Process and manage payments and subscription renewals through RevenueCat.
3. Payments
All payment transactions are processed securely through Apple App Store and Google Play billing services. Fluent Gas does not collect or store any payment information directly. For details on how Apple and Google handle payment data, review the privacy policies listed below.
4. Data Sharing
- Fluent Gas does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
- To ensure the security and functionality of Tivy, in collaboration with trusted service providers.
5. Data Security
Fluent Gas takes data security seriously and implements reasonable measures to protect your personal information. All data managed through Firebase Authentication is handled using industry-standard practices.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes are made, Fluent Gas will notify you via the email address associated with your Tivy account.
7. Children’s Privacy
Tivy is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. Fluent Gas Ltd does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
